Apple Set to Unveil its New iPhone 5 Soon
Last year there were rumors circulating that Apple will release the new iPhone 5 only to find out that it was just a pure speculation and it really disappointed many gadget lovers. This year, rumors on the new iPhone 5 launching are circulating once again on the internet, but it seems like there is a reality to it this time. Many people wonder what it really looks like, what its specifications are, and how it differs from the previous versions. They cannot contain their excitement on this latest gadget that they want to grab one now.
Knowing Apple’s way of surprising its followers and looking at the trend on their previous iPhone launches, we can expect that the new iPhone 5 will be released on the latter part of the third quarter. Last June, during an Apple event in San Francisco which is the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), we had the chance to witness the launching of iOS 6 which is the upgraded version of the mobile OS but never did we hear anything about the hardware (apart from new Macs).
We heard some early reports that the new iPhone 5 will be launched come October this year, almost the same time that it was rumored to be released last year. But it looks like we will get hold of this exciting phone as early as September this year. It is because Samsung will also release its own new phone this year too. Perhaps this is the main reason why Apple might release the new iPhone 5 earlier than the original plan.
In line with the forthcoming launching of the new iPhone 5, multiple sources claim that Apple will unveil their newest product line on September 12 alongside their iPad Mini. Although it is just a mere claim and somehow peculiar that Apple will launch the two new items on the same date, without a doubt many people are already eager to grab it.
The target launching date is getting louder as there is another rumor circulating with regard to pre-orders for the new iPhone 5 are now accepted on the same date that it will be launched. Then stocks are expected on to be delivered on September 21. According to Shaw Wu, a business analyst, the Cupertino firm has lessened the number of orders for this quarter by 20%-25%, ahead of the target release date.
It was also reported that Foxconn will still be the one to manufacture the new iPhone 5. Terry Gou, the CEO of Foxconn, boldly declared that this latest mobile broadband will put to shame the Samsung Galaxy S3. When asked how, he did not emphasize it. Some reports also stated that networks in UK and US are already clearing stocks and schedules ahead of iPhone 5 target release come September.
At any rate, many gadget lovers all over the world are very excited with this latest technological innovation. Mobile companies are certainly trying to outperform each other through a healthy competition and this is good news for all the consumers worldwide because we are given a lot of mobile choices.
